Yoga for Humanity

Yoga for humanity is a viewpoint and direction we point towards not only with our bodies, but our hearts. Rooted in sacred India, The Yogic texts tell us that our purpose is a listening, a commitment to reducing Duhkam (suffering) and growing Sukham (a fluid easeful space).
This means that with each action we take, even in our yoga practice, we are directed and purposeful. We aspire to ease discomfort; for us, for each other, and for all that we encounter. That kindness and balance become a way of life. We live in support of evolving, growing, and resensitizing ourselves to our greater humanity, with the understanding that when one of us evolves, we all benefit.
