Adaptive Yoga & Ayurveda Teacher Training
From Structure to Subtlety to Integration
– Teaching beyond postures –
This approach invites us into a living, breathing relationship with the body—one where we learn to listen, to sense, and to respond with care and curiosity. Rather than isolating parts, we begin to understand the body and mind as an intelligent, interconnected whole, one that is always communicating.
As we deepen, we include the layers of subtle anatomy—the movement of breath, energy, attention, and awareness—recognizing that what we feel is not only structural, but energetic and perceptual. The physical body and the subtle body begin to speak to one another, informing how we practice, how we regulate, and how we relate.
We explore not just what our system does, but how it organizes, adapts, protects, opens, and restores. And alongside this, we begin to sense how breath shapes experience, how energy shifts state, and how presence influences the nervous system. In this way, Yoga becomes something we experience, embody, and apply—an integrative process that feels alive and intuitive. From this place, teaching yoga becomes less about instructing form and more about guiding experiences… learning to see the person in front of us, to meet them where they are, and to offer practices that support both structure and subtlety.
This is where Yoga becomes practice, and practice becomes a way of listening—refining not only how we move, but how we teach, perceive, and hold space for transformation.
